We are currently seeking a Product Manager to help us build a next-generation solution to help solve one of healthcare's greatest areas of opportunities, anticipating utilization of new high-cost medication therapies. This position requires a candidate willing to dive into the details and ensure high-quality development of product features and applications with the ability to strategically assist in the execution of our go-to-market strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Define features and requirements while leveraging product management principles to create products and offerings related to anticipating and monitoring utilization of high-cost pharmaceuticals.
  • Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.
  • Oversee the creation of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that provide a seamless, low-friction experience for users.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of subject matter experts and stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, actuaries, analysts, developers, marketing, executives, clients) to define the market problems and opportunities; develop solutions aligned with solving those needs.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market conditions (i.e., pharmaceutical pipeline and drug utilization trends); integrate insights into product design and marketing.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing and launch plans, including value proposition, messaging, key claims, customer segmentation and targeting, and pricing strategy.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years working in a product role for a healthcare organization
  • Prior experience in product analysis, business analysis, solution development of product management roles in organizations delivering SaaS solutions within healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy and medical claims data
  • Experience working in Agile and hybrid product development environments
  • Understanding of statistics and/or actuarial frameworks preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics/Informatics, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial Discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and discipline to multitask and prioritize projects to meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Experience presenting in a sales or client-facing capacity preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be available for travel, estimated at 25%

The national average salary for this role is $ 110 000 to $140 000in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
